NOW Foundation Cancellation, Shipping, and Refund Policy

1. Event & Program Cancellations

    • Full Refund: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the event/program start date, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

    • Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration between 14 and 7 days before the event/program start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event/program start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation by NOW Foundation:

    • Full Refund: If the NOW Foundation cancels an event or program, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

    • Alternative Options: We may offer alternative options such as rescheduling or transferring your registration to another event/program.

  • Special Circumstances: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us at connect@thenowfoundation.org to discuss your options.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel your registration, please email us at connect@thenowfoundation.org with your name, the name of the event/program, and your reason for canceling.

 

2. Shipping Policy

  • Availability: The NOW Foundation currently offers shipping within India only.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
